The detail to the back story was amazing. It was so enlightening to read the reasoning behind the decisions to move to Moab and how Elimilech thought he was making good decisions. The whole thing with the sons falling into idol worship…. It was all very well written and brought understanding while keeping my attention with the story line. Well done my friend. Well done.

It is inspiring and spiritually spoke directly to my heart in better understanding some really difficult places in my life, when I did not grasp negative things that happened in my life as I attempted to follow Jesus as closely as I knew how as Esther followed her God!!!
Bad things do happen to good people, yet God’s plan is still at work in our lives and we can see it much better in hindsight!!

I was able to read through the book easily because of it being well written. The story contains deep subject matter and principles, but the descriptions allowed me to enter into that time period and see things in the Biblical text I had never noticed before. This book caused me to meditate on the scripture, to worship God, and to fall in love again with a faithful God. I walked through the palace with Hadassah, and I understood her heart. It is a real page turner. I hope the author, Gale Ard, writes more beautiful stories that need to be told. I am recommending this book to my friends. It is a book not only for women, but men would enjoy the story of Queen Esther.

Written during the Covid pandemic, this book was written as if Esther herself was there with me sharing her story
Book Two
After the responses to the first book, this one took two years to write. Difficult to find research for unanswered details, through prayer and inspiration it came.
